Born from a belief
that farming can heal
In 2018, Sam and Christina left behind city life to purchase a neglected farm in the Nebrodi Mountains of northern Sicily. What started as a radical experiment in regenerative agriculture has become something far greater: a living proof that working with nature, rather than against it, produces abundance.
Today, Permanido is home to over 40 species of fruit trees, a thriving ecosystem of pollinators, and a community of guests who come seeking exactly what the land offers: stillness, nourishment, and a slower way of being.
